Booking
Appointments can be booked online through our booking system, by WhatsApp or by phone.
Consultation and suitability
All treatments are subject to a skin assessment. A treatment may be adapted or postponed if it is not suitable for your skin on the day.
Health disclosure
Please tell us about any medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, recent treatments and allergies before your appointment, and let us know if anything changes.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, or miss your appointment without letting us know, your deposit is forfeited.
Deposits
A deposit of £30 secures your booking.
Lateness
Arriving late may shorten your treatment so the next client is not delayed.
Courses and packages
Courses and packages are paid in advance and are personal to you. They are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Results
Our treatments are cosmetic. Results vary from person to person.
Age
Guests under 18 are welcome with parental consent from a parent or guardian.
